AeroDinasty Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address, internal user identifier, and a one-way password hash. We never store your password in plain text.
• Game information: your airline profile, settings, fleet, cabin layouts, routes, flight plans, flights, game results, virtual fuel, and simulated financial transactions.
• Technical information: our servers and hosting providers may process IP address, request time, requested URL, browser or device information, and error diagnostics needed to operate and secure the service.
• Advertising information: in the Android app, Google Mobile Ads and its consent platform may process advertising or device identifiers, IP address, ad interactions, consent choices, and diagnostics to provide, measure, secure, and personalize ads when permitted by your choices.

AeroDinasty does not request Android access to contacts, photos, microphone, camera, precise location, or health information. In-game balances, fuel, and transactions are fictional game data, not banking or payment information.

How we use information

We use the information to create and authenticate accounts, save and synchronize game progress, simulate airline operations, deliver optional rewarded ads, validate fuel rewards, provide support, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and protect the service. We do not send your account name, email address, or airline data to AdMob for ad targeting, and we do not sell personal information.

Service providers and data sharing

Information may be processed by infrastructure providers that host the web application, API, database, security logs, and static web resources. The Android app uses Google AdMob and the Google User Messaging Platform to provide optional rewarded ads and manage privacy choices. AdMob receives a random, short-lived reward session identifier so our API can validate the reward; this identifier does not contain your name or email address. Requests for externally hosted fonts or interface libraries may disclose your IP address and standard browser request metadata to their content delivery providers.

We may disclose information when legally required, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

Security and international processing

Production traffic must use HTTPS. Authentication cookies are HTTP-only and secure in production, passwords are salted and hashed, and access between the web application and API can be protected by a private API key. Data may be processed in the countries where our infrastructure providers operate.

Retention and deletion

Account and game data remain in the active database while your account exists. You can permanently delete the account inside Settings → Account & data or through the public account deletion page. Deletion removes the profile and associated airline, fleet, routes, plans, flights, results, and financial history from the active database.

Limited security records or disaster-recovery backups may be retained when necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or infrastructure recovery. They are isolated from normal game use and removed according to the applicable infrastructure retention schedule.

Your choices and contact

You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. Android users can review available advertising privacy choices from the rewarded-ad section of the Fuel page. For access, correction, privacy, or deletion questions, contact calipoli through the privacy contact below.

Policy changes

We may update this policy when the product or its data practices change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the service or store listing where appropriate.
